15 week pics

15 weeks and counting!

I've hit 15 weeks and couldn't be happier. The first twelve for me were pretty rough but I'm starting to feel much better. On Tuesday I got to hear the baby's heartbeat for the first time. AMAZING! I'd seen the baby twice in an ultrasound but hadn't yet been able to hear it. I hate having to go four weeks between hearing the heartbeat or seeing the baby. In 5 weeks we'll get to find out what the sex is. John is praying HARD for a boy but I'm good either way. I'm really looking forward to being huge and fat in the middle of summer; should be a good time! Everyday John tells Bella how her life is about to change dramatically. After reading Katie's blog I guess I'll have to concede that he's right. Bella will no longer be the apple of my eye.

I took my first belly pics yesterday so stay tuned for those. I just need to locate my camera cord!

The new life

I have to say that I never imagined I'd be almost 30 before I got married but how thankful I am that I waited. God has always had a plan for me and His plans are so much better than my own! I am so blessed to have married an amazing man who loves God first and me second. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and everything I'd ever dreamed of. Thank you to all our family and friends who were there to share in our day. God is good!!
